Why should I use spreadsheets instead of apps and services?
Most modern apps and services lock your data behind recurring fees that often run upwards of $150 a year. Spreadsheets give you full ownership of your data without the subscription trap, allowing you to customize it exactly the way you want.
What software do I need to use the templates?
We utilize Google Sheets to build and share our templates (we are not affiliated with Google in any way). All you need is a Google account and a web browser or mobile app to copy and use them immediately.
Do I need advanced spreadsheet skills or formula knowledge?
Not at all. Our templates are fully designed and plug-and-play. All math, dashboards, and automated calculations are already handled behind the scenes—you simply plug in your numbers.
What is included with the free Club Membership?
Free members receive full access to all standard blog posts, our basic budgeting templates, the ability to comment on articles, and more.
What will be included in the upcoming Premium tier?
Our upcoming Premium Membership (launching 2028) will unlock full access to premium posts, premium templates, online courses to learn how to make your own templates, and help support the site.
Can SheetsClub build me a spreadsheet template?
We don't currently offer this, but plan to in 2028.
